Day 1 of 100
Woke up this morning and first thing I did was grab my phone. Ugh, it's a habit I'm really trying to ditch – more on that later.
But what I was actually excited about was checking the results of my sleep study. Last night was my first night wearing this nosy ring that tracks everything my body does. And let me tell you, the results? NOT GREAT.
I don't know if it's the juggling of running a business, raising three daughters, my ADHD brain, or just the general overwhelm of, well, everything right now. But the bottom line is, I'm not feeling my best, and I'm ready do something about it.
I'm starting a 100-day challenge of doing something good for me. And the best part? It doesn't have to be 100 days in a row. If it takes me 200 days to hit that 100 mark, then so be it.

Today's "good for me" thing? A intense hot yoga class. Damn it felt good.

Mahta, there is a great booked called How To Break Up with Your Phone by Catherine Price. I tried it, worked for a while and then I went back to the nasty habit of letting it own me. It is designed to make us addicted-it breaks my heart every single day, especially when I watch my girls get morphed. If you find a solution, please share.
