• MAHSA CONCENTRATE (1 GALLON)

    Ingredients:
    • 5 Tbsp MAHSA CHAI® powder
    • 2 Cups hot water (for blooming)
    • Additional cold water (to fill 1-gallon jug)

    Instructions:

    1. In a heat-safe vessel, pour 2 cups of hot water over 5 tablespoons of MAHSA CHAI® powder.
    2. Whisk thoroughly until smooth, then cover and let it steep for 5 minutes.
    3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a 1-gallon glass jug using a funnel.
    4. Fill the rest of the jug with cold filtered water.
    5. Close the lid tightly and shake well to combine.
    6. Store in the refrigerator 3–5 days. Shake before each use.

    I recommend using a 1:1 ratio of this concentrate to make your favorite summer-style MAHSA. Enjoy it hot or iced as a classic MAHSA latte, shaken like a MAHSA matcha or a non-alcoholic spritz, blended with coconut water for a hydrating post-workout elixir, whirled into a delicious smoothie, or poured over a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a spiced, dreamy float.

  • MAHSA MATCHA - MAHSA CHAI
  • MAHSA MATCHA ON ICE (12 OZ)

    Ingredients:
    • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
    • 1 oz hot water
    • 1 tsp honey (or any sweetener)
    • 1 scoop ice (~5 oz)
    • 4 oz oat milk (or milk of your choice)
    • 2 oz MAHSA CHAI® (batch or 1 tsp chai powder bloomed with 2 oz hot water)

    Instructions:


    1. Sift the matcha into a cup and add hot water (1 oz). Whisk until smooth to bloom the matcha.
    2. Stir in honey (or your preferred sweetener).
    3. Pour the matcha mixture into your serving glass.
    4. Add a scoop of ice (~5 oz).
    5. Slowly pour in the milk (4 oz) over the ice.
    6. Top with MAHSA CHAI® (either from a pre-made batch or bloomed powder).
    7. Serve without stirring for a beautiful layered presentation.

  • MAHSA Chai Latte Float

    Serving size - 4

    Ingredients:
    • 4 heaping tsp MAHSA CHAI® powder
    • 8 oz hot water (for blooming)
    • 2 to 2.5 cups cold oat or coconut milk
    • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

    Instructions:

    1. Gently drop a scoop of vanilla ice cream into each glass.

    2. In a small pitcher or bowl, whisk MAHSA CHAI® powder with hot water (8 oz) until smooth to bloom the chai. Let cool slightly.

    3. Stir in your choice of cold oat or coconut milk.

    4. Divide the chai mixture evenly among 4 glasses.

    5. Serve with a straw and spoon—for sipping, scooping, and savoring every layer.

    Ingredients:

    1/4 cup boiling water
    2-3 tbsps honey/maple syrup
    1.5 cups cashew milk
    1-2 tbsps almond butter
    1/2 cup chia seeds

    Toppings:
    Yogurt
    Granola

    1. Bloom chai with boiling water.
    2. Blend with milk, sweetener, and almond butter.
    3. Mix with chia seeds, let stand 10 minutes.
    4. Whisk again, divide into jars, refrigerate overnight.
    5. Top with yogurt, granola, and fruit before serving.

    Ingredients:

    6–7 ice cubes
    1 heaping tsp MAHSA CHAI®
    2 shots decaf coffee (around 40g)
    6–8 oz milk
    1 tsp maca powder
    2 tsp cocoa powder
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1 date
    1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

    Serving size – 1

    1. Add ice cubes to the blender.
    2. Add all remaining ingredients on top.
    3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Dirty MAHSA Iced Latte

    Ingredients:


    1 shot of espresso (or 2)
    1 tbsp MAHSA CHAI®
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup ice
    1/2 cup filtered water
    1–2 tsp monk fruit sweetener

    Serving size – 1

    Add ice to your favorite glass.

    Pour in almond milk, water, and MAHSA CHAI®.

    1. Brew your shot(s) of espresso and add MAHSA CHAI® and stir until fully dissolved.
    2. Add ice to your favorite glass.
    3. Pour in almond milk and filtered water.
    4. Pour the espresso and MAHSA CHAI® mixture over the iced milk blend.
    5. Sweeten with monk fruit to taste.
    6. Stir well or shake over ice until perfectly blended.

  • MAHSA CHAI® for a Crowd (Serves ~16)

    Ingredients:
    • 5 tablespoons MAHSA CHAI® powder
    • 1 cup hot water (for blooming)
    • 7 cups cold water
    • 8 cups oat milk (1 half-gallon carton)
    • ⅓ cup honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
    • A pinch of salt
    • (Optional) 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger for an extra kick

    Instructions:
    1. Bloom the Chai Powder:
    In a heat-safe bowl or pot, combine 5 tablespoons ofMAHSA CHAI® powder with 1 cup of just-boiled water. Stir well and let it sit for about 1 minute to bloom the spices.
    2. Combine Ingredients:
    Transfer the bloomed chai into a large pot. Add 8 cups oat milk, 7 cups cold water, ⅓ cup honey, and a pinch of salt. If using, add 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger. Stir to combine.
    3. Simmer Gently:
    Place the pot over medium heat and simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Avoid boiling to preserve the delicate flavors.
    4. Serve Warm:
    Pour the chai into a carafe or insulated container. Stir gently before serving to ensure a consistent blend

  • Chocolate Chai Smoothie

    Ingredients:
    • 2 scoops KOS Peanut Butter Chai protein powder
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1 tsp MAHSA CHAI® powder
    • 1 oz hot water (to bloom the chai)
    • Splash of coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
    • A few ice cubes
    • Water, as needed for consistency

    Instructions:
    1. In a small bowl, add the chai powder and pour hot water over it (about 1 oz). Stir until smooth to bloom the chai.
    2. In a blender, combine the protein powder, banana, bloomed chai, splash of milk, and a few ice cubes.
    3. Add water or milk a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
    4. Blend until smooth.
    5. Pour and enjoy!
