What's in MAHSA Chai?
Our caffeine-free blend contains 12 pure ingredients and nothing else.
Red Rooibos, Cacao, Chaga Mushroom, Ashwagandha, Maca, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper, and Himalayan Salt.
No calories, sweeteners, fillers, or preservatives.
Are your ingredients organic?
We source our Red Rooibos directly from farmers in South Africa who use sustainable, organic practices and do not use herbicides, pesticides, or irrigation.
Their primary farm was awarded the highest biodiversity rating in the Rooibos industry for farming as close to nature as possible. All our spices and adaptogens are certified organic and fair trade certified.
How do I prepare MAHSA Chai?
Simply pour hot water over a heaping teaspoon of powder, then stir until dissolved. If you like, add sweetener. Enjoy hot or iced, with or without milk, sweetened or not, For all the ways to enjoy

What's the sediment I sometimes find at the bottom of my cup?
We call it “liquid gold” and recommend you embrace the grit and drink it up. It’s fiber-rich, coming mostly from the cinnamon and chaga mushroom of our 12-ingredient pure blend. Fiber contributes to satiety, aids in regularity, and supports a healthy immune system.
But if texture just isn’t your thing, you can add a bit more water before finishing or skip the "liquid gold" all together. Like all things MAHSA Chai, drink it the way you like it.

How do I create an account on this store?
You can create an account two ways:
- Before checkout: Click Account → Register / Create account in the site header and follow the steps.
- During checkout: When you enter your email at checkout you’ll usually have the option to create an account — just follow the on-screen prompt to finish.
(Shopify supports two account types: the new customer-accounts flow which uses a one-time code sent to your email, and the classic flow which uses a password.)
I already purchased — how do I sign up for an account now?
No problem. After purchase you can:
- Click Account → Register / Create account in the site header and sign up with the same email used for your order. Your past order should then be linked to your new account.
- If your account requires activation, check your order confirmation email for an Activate your account or Create your password link and follow it. If you don’t see it, try the password reset.
How do I log in?
Go to Manage Subscription → Log in (or the login link in the header).
- If the store uses the new Shopify customer accounts, you’ll enter your email and receive a one-time code by email.
- If it uses the classic (password) account, enter your email and password.
I didn’t get an activation email or I forgot my password — what do I do?
Try these quick steps:
- On the Log in page click Forgot password? (or visit /account/login#recover).
- Enter the email you used to order and check your inbox for the Customer account password reset email. Click the link inside and set a new password (passwords are 5–40 characters).
- If you still don’t get an email, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll send an account invite or reset it for you from our side.
