Shredded coconut (optional)
Chai powder

Wet Ingredients:

Vanilla extract
Agave syrup
Honey
Tahini (or nut butter of choice)
Neutral oil (avocado or coconut oil)

TEXTURE OPTIONS

Crumbly Clusters: Give the granola a firm pat down immediately after baking and do not touch until completely cool.

Finer Granola: Give the granola a good stir right after pulling it out of the oven to break it up, then let it cool.

MAKE THE GRANOLA

Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix dry: Combine oats, nuts, coconut, and chai powder until fully coated

Mix wet: Whisk vanilla, agave, honey, tahini, and oil until nice and creamy
Combine: Pour wet over dry and stir until fully coated
