Cancellation policy

When you subscribe to our recurring chai delivery, your payment method is automatically charged based on the frequency you select at checkout, and your order ships on that same schedule.

Managing and Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime through your customer account. Log in, go to your subscription details, and select the option you need.

To cancel:
Log in to your account
Go to "Subscriptions" or "Manage Subscriptions"
Select the subscription you'd like to cancel
Click "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellations take effect immediately. If a charge has already processed before you cancel, that order will still ship, and no further charges will occur.

Changes to Your Plan
You can also update your delivery frequency, swap products, or update payment details from your account at any time.
