MAKE THE ENERGY BALLS
Prep: Gather your ingredients. Using raw almonds is preferred as they are more nutrient-dense, have more enzymes, and are easier to digest.
Blitz: Put the raw almonds into a blender. Blitz them up until they form a rough powder, but watch carefully so they don't get oily.
Combine: Mix your blended almonds with the dates, chai powder, vanilla, flax seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, coconut oil, and almond butter.
Chill: Place the finished mixture in the fridge for a little bit to let it set up.
