INGREDIENTS

MAHSA CHAI® Granola (makes ~4 cups)

  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 cups nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp MAHSA CHAI® powder
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

For the Parfait

  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp agave
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • Flaky salt

MAHSA CHAI® Concentrate

  • 2 tsp MAHSA CHAI® powder
  • 2 oz hot water

YOGURT OPTIONS

Dairy: Labneh or Greek yogurt

Dairy-Free: Kite Hill Almond Yogurt or Cocojune Coconut Yogurt

MAKE THE GRANOLA

Prep: Preheat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

  1. Mix oats, nuts, coconut, and MAHSA CHAI® powder
  2. Whisk oil, tahini, honey, agave, vanilla, and salt until creamy
  3. Pour wet over dry and stir until fully coated
  4. Spread evenly on baking sheet
  5. Bake 20 minutes → stir → bake 10-15 minutes until golden
  6. Pat down and cool completely (20 min) without stirring
  7. Break into clusters

ASSEMBLE THE PARFAIT

  1. Make concentrate: Stir MAHSA CHAI® powder with hot water. Bloom 5+ minutes
  2. Soak berries: Toss berries with concentrate and agave
  3. Layer: Spread yogurt on dish
  4. Add berries: Drizzle chai-soaked berries over yogurt
  5. Top: Add 1-2 cups granola + pistachios + salt
